The decor is beautiful, and the relaxing ambiance is excellent.
Unfortunately, we faced issues with the climate control system. It was frustrating to return to a chilly apartment after a long day, especially when we were unable to connect with management for assistance. Their remote temperature control was inconvenient, particularly on a cold night when we just wanted to warm up and unwind.

I stayed here for a weekend and would return anytime. All in all, it was holiday base for travelling to Kirkby Lonsdale. The whole room was spotlessly clean and had an iron, a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment. The bed was comfy here. Excellent staff, answered all questions.

Staying in the Oasis Suite seemed like stepping into a tranquil paradise. From the lush decor to the soothing background music, the vibe was perfect for a romantic getaway. The highlight was definitely the hot tub on the terrace, such a lovely treat after a day of exploring. The suite itself had an very nice attention to detail with the furnishings and bathroom amenities, including a bath with a TV and surround sound. On the downside, we had a hiccup with the climate control system. It required messaging management for temperature adjustments, inconvenient when we returned after a long day. Despite this, the cleanliness was really good, and I appreciated Brooke's assistance . I'd go back for the ambiance and that hot tub alone.

Perfect getaway vibes!
Just spent 2 nights in a fab beautiful king suite. The decor was super chic, and the location was spot on-easy walk to the center! Loved the added perk of a parking pass. Wi-Fi was a bit on the slow side, kinda annoying when trying to plan our day. It was like a luxury experience!

I seemed like a VIP with the personalized communication and warm welcome. The suite itself was perfect, with every detail carefully thought out. The state-of-the-art media system and comfortable bed added to the overall luxury. And let's not forget the highlight - the indulgent jacuzzi! The breakfast at a nearby pub was delicious and the town had plenty of dining options. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this place for a nice and high-end stay. I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend it to others.
